About

Hi Everyone, I have just quit Series A startup based out of bay area. I have vested stock options (ISO) and looking at various options to sell them in secondary market. Total raised around $30M - Last valuation $100M in 2024. I haven't excercised yet and would do so if there is an option available for me to immediately exit. I've 90 days. Seeking help and wisdom from this group on what options available with me and what platforms should i explore. I'm resident of california. Thank you so much. My first post here so if I've missed adding extra details, lmk. —— Follow up question: what happens to ex employee equity if sold to another private company (e.g. PE backed) for cash ? Do only current employees get packages for their equity ?

AI Score Reasoning

The startup shows strong traction signals with a $30M raise and a $100M valuation in a difficult 2024 market, indicating high institutional confidence. However, as a secondary investment in a Series A company, the deal carries extreme liquidity risk and legal complexity, compounded by a total lack of sector or product information.
