About

Hey everyone, Would welcome some experience here. We’re operating (at least planning too) in a relatively data heavy space, some of which containing the data of children. We’re doing this by design and also working on a safe by design basis, minimizing the data collection to an absolute minimum. Anyway, I’ve reached out to a couple of data protection consultancies, which seem… fine. But I’m not in love with them. We’re looking for early DP work to ensure compliance and then a fraction DPO, likely 1day per month, scaling as necessary. How else have you fine folks approached this problem? The nature of the business is highly trust based, and we want to be compliant+, not crazy overboard, but doing more than the bare minimum, given the nature of what we do. Would love to hear ideas, thoughts, experiences - thank you.

AI Score Reasoning

The startup is in an extremely nascent stage with no defined product, traction, or team pedigree provided. While the founder's focus on 'safe by design' principles for children's data shows necessary regulatory awareness, the high compliance risks and lack of concrete business details make it a speculative prospect.
