About

I’m a solo founder and recently launched a B2B proposal tool I’ve been building since the start of this year. It’s similar to PandaDoc for sending, tracking, and e-sign, but it generates proposals directly from discovery calls. I built it for agency owners who spend hours writing proposals and often send them days after the call. Right now I have around 10 users, mostly from cold email and LinkedIn. I’ve been doing cold outreach for about 2 months, and while I’ve gotten a few leads, nothing really consistent yet. It also feels like established tools already dominate SEO, so I’m not sure that’s a channel I can realistically win in right now. I’m wondering if I should double down on a different channel, or try something completely different. Would really appreciate advice from founders who’ve grown B2B tools. Thanks in advance!

AI Score Reasoning

The product addresses a genuine pain point in the B2B sales cycle by automating the transition from discovery to proposal, but it faces intense competition from established incumbents. The current traction is minimal, and the solo founder lacks a clear distribution advantage or proven track record, making this a high-risk, early-stage project.
