About

We built this analytics / statistical modeling tool and now we are at the part nobody explains properly. How do you actually sell this stuff? Not in theory. In real life. Like what are people actually doing for distribution when they build SaaS now? Is it just SEO and waiting around for months? Is it cold outbound? Paid ads? Partnerships? Posting in communities until people care? What even counts as distribution anymore? We can build. Fine. But getting people to try the thing is where we are completely stuck. For anyone here who has built and sold SaaS, especially something a bit technical, what actually worked for you in the beginning? Because right now it honestly feels like we shipped the product and then hit a wall.

AI Score Reasoning

The founders have fallen into the 'build it and they will come' trap, demonstrating a critical lack of Go-To-Market strategy and customer discovery. While technical execution is present, the absence of a distribution plan and the saturated nature of the analytics market represent significant barriers to viability.
