Pre-seed traction question. I will not promote.
I’m trying to raise a pre-seed round. I know founder story can matter a lot, but I do not think that is my strongest edge. So what should I focus on instead? Right now I have 65 sign-ups, 0 paid users, and 10 active users over the last 3 weeks. I’d love to understand what kind of traction or proof investors would need to see for this to feel fundable. It’s quite hard to raise now due to AI slops out there.
The proposal lacks essential details on the product, market, and team, making it impossible to validate investment potential beyond a conceptual stage. Current traction of 10 active users and zero revenue is negligible for a pre-seed round, especially given the founder's own assessment of a weak narrative edge.
