I checked out websites of clinics in my city and noticed they all looked pretty bad. I wanted to create something that looked end like Apple or Linear.. I didn't want to manage 10 different codebases every time I got a new client. So I built a system where the entire site changes based on the URL. I used React and Tailwind CSS for the frontend to make it fast. The routing logic is where the magic happens. When someone visits a URL like /dr-smith my app takes that URL sends it to a Laravel backend and gets all the data for that clinic. This includes logos, brand colors, doctor bios and their booking calendar. It's basically one template that rebrands itself on the fly. I also created a custom dashboard for clinic staff. Of losing appointments in WhatsApp or emails they get a clean interface to manage leads. I made sure image handling is easy with uploads so doctors can easily swap out staff photos without needing to know how to host an image.
