Built a tool so our marketing team would stop bugging us to send push campaigns using AI
hey everyone, wanted to share something my co-founder and i put together to solve a massive bottleneck we were having. im the tech consultant/dev for a client project with a pretty heavy backend. setting up FCM in the codebase was easy enough, but their marketing team was constantly on our necks. they needed to run campaigns, blast out messages for big weekend promos, and send out special offers to drive engagement. building a whole custom campaign manager UI from scratch just so non-technical people could schedule blasts was definitely not on our roadmap right now. so my co-founder and i ended up spinning up PushPilot ([https://pushpilot.leera.io/](https://pushpilot.leera.io/)) to get them out of our hair. to explain it in lamen terms, its basically a ready-to-go dashboard built specifically for marketing and promotional blasts. You literally just plug your existing FCM or OneSignal keys straight into pushpilot. there are no messy APIs to integrate, I just had to change a quick setting in my flutter code to topic: 'all' for it to work. the biggest lifesaver is the AI campaign builder. now, the marketing guys just login and chat with the AI in plain english. they type "run a 3 day promo for the weekend" and the AI writes all the titles, body copy, and even generates custom images. it also handles the scheduling on autopilot by figuring out when specific users are most active. it completely removed the dev team from the marketing loop. took us maybe an afternoon to link up and hand over to them. since a lot of us here are building apps with non-technical teams or clients, figured some of u might be dealing with the same headache. the free tier is pretty generous to test out. would love any harsh feedback from other founders on the landing page or the pitch!
